Staybridge Suites, 1515 Bluestem Blvd., May 1. Two priority violations: Chicken, meatballs and chili cold-held above 41 degrees in cooler (corrected); chlorine sanitizer not being used according to label use instructions (corrected).


Hot Spot Cafe, 312 E. Lincoln St., May 25. No priority or priority foundation violations.

Harvest Moon, E19972 Highway ND, May 25. Two priority violations: Raw ground beef is stored over cabbage, potatoes, cheese and oranges, and raw shell eggs and bacon are stored over lettuce, orange juice and tomatoes in coolers (corrected);  hot dogs, cheese and coleslaw cold-held above 41 degrees in a cooler (corrected).

Micon Cinema, 3109 Mall Drive, May 21. Two priority violations: Hot dogs in cooler not provided with date marks (repeat, corrected); reduced oxygen packaging used for pizzas being sold to Island City Brewery in Winona, Minn. One priority foundation violation.

Sammy’s Pizza Restaurant & Pub, 2812 London Road, May 30. One priority violation: Pepperoni and cut tomatoes in the salad bar and pepperoni, salami, cooked beef, cheddar cheese, hard boiled eggs and cut lettuce in the walk-in cooler were cold-held above 41 degrees (corrected).

La Poblanita, 2436 London Road, May 15. No priority or priority foundation violations.

Hobbs Ice Center, 915 Menomonie St., May 23. One priority foundation violation.

TGI Fridays, 4800 Golf Road, May 3. One priority violation: Sour cream cold-held above 41 degrees (corrected). Two priority foundation violations.

China Wok, 2605 Golf Road, May 2. One priority violation: Raw shrimp and raw beef stored over cooked chicken in walk-in cooler (corrected). One priority foundation violation.

Chippewa Valley Technical College Health Building, 615 W. Clairemont Ave., May 1. One priority violation: Cottage cheese, lettuce, spinach and eggs on salad bar are cold-held above 41 degrees.

Wigwam Tavern, 314 E. Madison St., May 22. One priority violation: Chlorine sanitizer not being used according to label use instructions (corrected).

Old Country Buffet, 2613 E. Clairemont Ave., May 31. No violations.

Taco Bell, 2056 S. Hastings Way, May 31. No violations.
