Blue Cheese Burger Sauce

  • con-bluecheesesauce

6 oz blue cheese, crumbled (about 1¼ C)

3 Tbsp sour cream

3 Tbsp buttermilk

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 medium clove garlic, minced (about 1 tsp)

1 tsp freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon

¾ tsp kosher salt

½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

¼ tsp mustard powder


In a medium bowl, stir together blue cheese, sour cream, buttermilk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mustard powder.

Transfer to an airtight container and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes for flavors to blend. Use immediately or store in refrigerator for up to a week.
