4 hamburger patties
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 can sliced pineapple rings,juice reserved
8 slices bacon, cooked (optional)
1 C romaine lettuce
½ C barbecue sauce
4 hamburger buns
Prepare sauce by placing barbecue sauce in a bowl and adding 2 tablespoons of the pineapple juice. Stir together and set aside.
Grill patties. Add cheese slices and allow to melt before removing from the grill. Spread 1 tablespoon sauce on the bottom part of each of the four buns. Cover with ¼ cup lettuce and a patty. Break two bacon slices in half and set on top of patty. Top with a pineapple ring. Spread one tablespoon sauce on the inside of the top bun and top the burger.
