NEW POSTS: The following have taken positions at area facilities:
• Dr. Joel Dekrey, a board-certified family medicine physician, has joined Prevea Health Center, located within the Clinics at Rusk, Ladysmith.
Dekrey graduated medical school at Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed residency at La Crosse-Mayo Family Medicine Residency. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
• Jon Richardson has been named executive director at Oakwood Health Services, formerly Oakwood Villa.
Richardson is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire’s health care administration program and an experienced leader.
His responsibilities include overseeing staff and personnel, financial matters and ensuring regulatory compliance, as well as other duties.
Richardson, an Eau Claire resident since 1987, transferred to Oakwood after working for sister facilities in Rochester, Minn., for the past three years. He had also served as the administrator at Fall Creek Care Center.
Prior to receiving his health care administration degree in 2013, Richardson was the president of Northstar Satellites for 14 years.
• Kim Lane is the new director of operations and quality assurance for all of Azura Memory Care’s locations Wisconsin-wide.
Lane completed the health care administration program at Concordia University and earned a Bachelor of Science from International College in Naples, Fla. Lane holds a Wisconsin nursing home administrator’s license and has served as a management instructor for RCAC Administrators through the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association.
