FISH FRY: The Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, 13989 195th St., Jim Falls, is having an all-you-can-eat family-style fish fry from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Friday.
The meal includes potato soup, deep-fried fish, baked potato, coleslaw, homemade rolls, coffee, milk and dessert.
The cost is $9 for adults; $4, children 4 to 12; and free, children 3 and younger. There is an early bird special for seniors dining in from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Carryouts are available, and everyone is welcome to attend.

TASTE OF KERALA, INDIA: Sacred Heart-St. Patrick Parish is holding its fifth annual Taste of Kerala, India, on Sunday, Feb. 11, in the Parish Center cafeteria, 322 Fulton St.
The social hour begins at 4 p.m., and dinner is at 5 p.m.
The menu consists of chicken biryani (chicken and rice dish), fish curry achingya thoren (green beans), carrot mezhukuperatti (carrots smothered in oil), tapioca (season root vegetable), raita (yogurt sauce), naan (Indian flatbread) and semiya payasam (noodle pudding). As an alternate dinner, hot dogs and chips will be available.
The cost is $20 per person, with a $75 maximum per family.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
Seating is limited; reservations are requested by Friday.
