LOYAL — The Clark County sheriff’s office reported a convicted sex offender will be released to a residence in Clark County, according to a news release.
Todd F. McDonald, 41, has served his sentence and will be released from custody Monday to reside at N7147 Pelsdorf Ave.
McDonald was convicted in 1996 on two counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child.
McDonald will be required to comply with requirements of supervised release rules, requirements of lifetime sex offender registration and requirements of lifetime GPS.
The release states that use of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass a registered sex offender is a criminal offense.
