MENOMONIE — A 21-year-old woman who was a passenger in a vehicle that fled authorities from Minnesota to Menomonie Monday has been charged in Dunn County Court with misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer
Destiny A. Willage-Solano, who is homeless, made an initial appearance in court Friday. She is scheduled to appear in court again April 10. A jury trial is scheduled May 4.
Still at large is Cody C. Forbes, 29, of Neenah, who fled on foot after the pursuit, is believed to have stolen a Jeep in north Menomonie and fled the area.
He is described as wearing blue jeans, a plaid shirt with a possible green vest over the top. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He has a full beard and wears glasses. His eyes are brown and he has brown hair.
Forbes has outstanding warrants and is wanted in both Wisconsin and Minnesota related to this incident.
