An Eau Claire man is accused of exposing himself to a woman and a teenage girl at a local hotel.
Wayne L. Avery, 40, 1021 Summit St., is charged in Eau Claire County Court with felony counts of child enticement and bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of lewd and lascivious behavior and disorderly conduct.
Avery is free on a $2,000 signature bond and returns to court July 11. As conditions of bond, Avery cannot have contact with the two females, drink alcohol or enter taverns.
According to the criminal complaint:
Police were called to Regency Inn and Suites at 5:30 p.m. June 6 on a report that Avery was exposing himself to a 25-year-old woman and a 16-year-old girl.
A witness said Avery had been bothering the two females for several days and was trying to get them to come to his room.
The two females said Avery’s actions made them very uncomfortable.
Avery was on bond for an ongoing felony case in Eau Claire County.
