A Minnesota man is accused of interfering with a band and the crowd during this summer’s Blue Ox Music Festival in Eau Claire.
Dylan A. Beck, 30, of Fergus Falls was charged Monday in Eau Claire County Court with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
According to the criminal complaint:
Stage personnel at Blue Ox Music Festival approached an Eau Claire County Sheriff’s deputy at 1:30 a.m. June 15 to report that Beck was causing problems with a band.
Beck was stumbling into their expensive equipment and throwing rocks onto the stage.
Deputies then saw Beck working his way through the crowd, knocking people down.
When Beck saw approaching deputies, he tried to run away. In the process, Beck knocked down an elderly woman and ripped her dress.
Deputies were then able to walk Beck away from the crowd and arrested him for disorderly conduct.
