End of trade cheating
Successful trading is formed around the idea of trust and mutual benefit.
If trade is going to work for America, then the country we’re trading with needs to follow the rules and come to an agreement which benefits both countries. The Trump administration has successfully demanded fair trade from the United Arab Emirates and Qatar as they were undercutting U.S.-based companies by illegally subsidizing their state-run airlines.
The president deserves credit for putting an end to these nations’ trade cheating tactics by requiring that they agree to more fiscal transparency through the Open Skies agreements currently in place.
