Tanner and Trey Vavra, who both played in the Minnesota Twins organization, will run a youth baseball camp on Saturday in their hometown of Menomonie.
The camp, presented by Triple Threat Training, runs from 8-11 a.m. for players grades 8-12 and noon to 3 p.m. for campers in grades 3-7. It will take place at the Menomonie Field House. It will focus on base running, throwing mechanics, infielding, outfielding, pitching and hitting.
Cost is $50 per athlete. Players must bring their own gloves, while some batting helmets and bats will be provided. No cleats allowed.
Plan to register 30 minutes prior to the session.
