Western Dairyland Business Center - Eau Claire, WI

Small business owners, entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners are invited to attend Business Plan Basics on Tuesday, October 11th. The class will run from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Western Dairyland Business Center, 418 Wisconsin Street, Eau Claire. Tuition is $29 and class materials are included. Class participants will learn how to create an effective and engaging business plan that can be presented to lenders and used to guide the launch and growth of a new business. A formal business plan is a required document for anyone in search of funding to start a new business, expand an existing business or launch a new product. Fundamentally, a business plan will include a mission statement, business description, product description, market analysis, marketing plan, operations plan, management plan and financial projections. However, more than just a document, the process involved with putting the components of a business plan together will help the entrepreneur identify and mitigate risk. There are three easy ways to register and pay for the class: online at www.SuccessfulBusiness.org, by phone at 836-7511 ext. 1171, or in person at the Western Dairyland office in downtown Eau Claire. Because space is limited, pre-registration and payment is required. Scholarships are available for income-eligible individuals.
