| How the online subscription model works? Visitors to the LeaderTelegram.com get unlimited access to the entire website including all premium content, excluding the e-edition/archives which is the full replica of the newspaper in a digital format. There is a 15 article limit on premium/metered content in a 30 day period. Once a reader has accessed 10 premium articles, a prompt will appear asking the reader to register a user name and password. Once a registration has been completed, the 5 remaining articles will be accessible. When the 15 article limit has been reached within the 30 day period an option will be available to purchase a subscription. A subscription may be also be purchased at any time. What content is metered? Premium/metered content includes local headlines and news, editorials, letters to the editor, local business, offbeat, prep/local sports and most other in-depth news content generated exclusively by the Leader-Telegram staff and generally unavailable elsewhere will be premium content. Free/non-metered content includes breaking news, daily updates, blogs, obituaries, death notices, entertainment, features, state/national news & sports, wire news, weddings, engagements, docket, photos, videos, classifieds, weather, marketplace, magazines and much more. How do I sign up for an online subscription? Click on the “sign up” link in the upper right-hand area of our website. Fill out the form and click the submit button. You will get an email verifying your account set up. Click on the link within the email and your account will now be set up. Next, click on the “login” link in the upper right-hand area of our website. Once you are logged in you will see a “my account” link. Click on that link, select “subscription and services” and “add news service”. Select the subscription package you desire and follow the remaining steps. What is included in an online subscription? A subscription includes access to all of our website content including our e-edition or archives, which is an exact replica of the newspaper in a digital format. The e-edition is formatted for your desktop computer, iPad/Android tablets/Kindle Fire (download available in app store), older Kindle devices, Nook and other e-readers. Once a subscription is purchased, the user name and password created on the LeaderTelegram.com will grant access to all of these formats. I am logged in but can’t access the e-edition/archives or any premium content? First make sure your online subscription has not expired. If your subscription is still active, log out of our system and log back in. How do I renew my online subscription? Within 7 days of the expiration date of your online subscription you will receive a reminder email from us. If you don’t receive an email, just login and click on the “my account” link in the top right corner of any page on our website. Click on the “subscription and services” link on the left side of the page and then “my services” to renew. I forgot my password or need to change it? Click the “login” link at the top right corner of any page on our website. When the login page appears, click on the “forgot?” link and following the steps. What is the e-edition and how does is it differ from the archives? The e-edition is an exact replica of the newspaper in a digital format. The archives are in the exact same format but date back to 1992, while the e-edition only provides the previous 30 days. Do you have an app for the Leader-Telegram? We have an e-edition app for the iPad, Android tablets and Kindle Fire. These are available with a paid online subscription. We also have a “free” app for the iPad, iPhone, Blackberry and Android smart phones. Please visit the respective app store to download. What is the difference between the subscription e-edition app and free app? The subscription e-edition app is an exact replica of the newspaper formatted for your tablet or e-reader. The free app has more of a unique design but does not include 100% of our content as the e-edition app does. I have a question. Whom do I contact?
