Can I view everything on your website without an online subscription?
Everything is available to view for free except our e-edition and archive service. All of our other online content is monitored by a metering system. You may view 10 premium articles for free every 30 days. Once you have met that 10 article threshold you will be asked to purchase an online subscription.

What is considered a premium article and counts towards the 10 I can view every 30 days?
Articles in the following sections are metered: top local headlines, local news & business, prep sports, local college, community sports, express & amateur sports, opinions, offbeat & special features.

What is considered free, unmetered and can be viewed as much as I wish?
The following sections are free and unmetered: breaking news, daily & sports updates, state/national/world news, AP & wire service content, obituaries, death notices, moments-in-life, entertainment, classifieds, photos, videos & much more.

What is included in an online subscription?
A subscription includes access to all of our website content including our e-edition or archives, which is an exact replica of the newspaper in a digital format. The e-edition is formatted for your desktop computer, iPad/Android tablets/Kindle Fire (download available in app store), older Kindle devices, Nook and other e-readers. Once a subscription is purchased, the user name and password created on the LeaderTelegram.com will grant access to all of these formats.

How do I sign up for an online subscription?
Need to create a new account and purchase an online subscription or activate your account for 7-day print subscribers?
1.) Click on the “sign up” link in the upper right hand corner.
2.) Once you have filled out the form click on the "create account" button.
3.) You will be sent an email instantly and click on the link within the email to verify your account.
4.) Click on the “my account” link in the upper right hand corner.
5.) Click on the “subscription & services” link and then “add new service”.
6.) Select the appropriate online subscription package and complete the remaining steps.
7.) We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards.

Already have an online account but need to purchase a subscription or activate your 7-day print subscription?
1.) Click on the "login" link in the upper right hand corner with your existing screen name/email & password.
2.) After logging in, click on the “my account” link in the upper right hand corner.
3.) Click on the “subscription & services” link and then “add new service”.
4.) Select the appropriate online subscription package and complete the remaining steps.

How do I renew my online subscription?
Within 7 days of the expiration date of your online subscription you will receive a reminder email from us. If you don’t receive an email, just login and click on the “my account” link in the top right corner of any page on our website. Click on the “subscription and services” link on the left side of the page and then “my services” to renew.

I am logged in but can’t access the e-edition/archives or any premium content?

First make sure your online subscription has not expired. If your subscription is still active, log out of our system and log back in.

I forgot my password or need to change it?
Click the “login” link at the top right corner of any page on our website. When the login page appears, click on the “forgot?” link and following the steps.

How many people can access an online subscription at once?
An online subscription allows access for one concurrent user.

What is the e-edition and how does is it differ from the archives?
The e-edition is an exact replica of the newspaper in a digital format. The archives are in the exact same format but date back to 1992, while the e-edition only provides the previous 30 days.

Do you have an app for the Leader-Telegram?
We have an e-edition app for the iPad, Android tablets and Kindle Fire. These are available with a paid online subscription. We also have a mobile version of our website which supports all mobile phones and tablets. If you visit www.LeaderTelegram.com on your mobile device you will be automatically redirected to our mobile friendly version.

How do I update the payment method associated with my online subscription?
