A Hager City man is in jail after videos were found showing him
having sex with two female family members - one who was a minor at
the time and one who was unconscious, according to court
records.
Wade J. Swenson, 39, was charged last week in Pierce County
Court with second-degree sexual assault of a child, sexual
exploitation of a child, possession of child pornography, three
counts of sexual assault, four counts of capturing an image of
nudity and one count of invasion of privacy. All the charges,
except for invasion of privacy, are felonies.

OMG this guy is unbelievable! What really disturbs me is that one victim, who was only 15 when videotaped, is in a current relationship with this guy now? AND they're all relatives??? I wonder if the mother(s) of his child(ren) who are owed child support are also relatives? He definitely needs a long jail sentence and obvious counseling but I think perhaps the entire family could use some psychological assistance. Those poor children.

It is actually the law for anyone involved to have a case if they so prefer. I don't think opinion overrules the law here bguihan

The guy pleads not guilty even though the police have him on video doing the deed. This is a no brainer, why waste the courts time with this guy, and just put him in jail? What kind of case does he have? More tax money wasted.
