A Milwaukee woman may avoid a jail term for buying items using a credit card stolen from an Eau Claire man she and another woman were propositioning for sex.

Lataya Johnson, 31, pleaded no contest in Eau Claire County Court to misdemeanor counts of prostitution, theft and obstructing an officer.
