NEILLSVILLE - The Granton woman who died of a gunshot wound Tuesday is Mary C. Frick, 45, the Clark County Sheriff's Department said Thursday. She died of a single gunshot wound to the head, preliminary investigation shows. At about 7:40 a.m. Tuesday, the Sheriff's Department received a call reporting a gunshot victim at W1094 Hill Road in the town of Lynn. When the Sheriff's Department responded to the call, they discovered Frick's body. The Sheriff's Department is awaiting autopsy and forensic reports. There is no one in custody, but Sheriff Louis J. Rosandich said in a statement, "... We emphasize there is no danger to the public."
