Carol was born February 28, 1935 in Eau Claire Wisconsin to the late Oliver and Florence Erickson. Carol graduated from Eau Claire High School. Carol married Dave Placek on May 7, 1955 in Eau Claire where they started their family. Carol was employed by the Wis. Rapids School system specializing in baking.
Phyllis A. Wolfrum, age 101 of Mondovi, passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the American Lutheran Home. She was born on September 21, 1916 in Mondovi, the daughter of Herman and Minnie (Steinke) Putzier. Phyllis graduated from Mondovi High School, class of 1934, with the honor of giving the salutatorian address. She also took pride in having perfect attendance throughout her entire school career.
Bruce Allen Conley, 58, passed away in a house fire on March 13, 2018 at his home in Cascade, Montana.
