Robert (Bob) J. Kirkwood, 86, of Eau Claire, WI died Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Grace Lutheran Foundation, River Pines in Altoona with his family by his side. He was born in Barron, Wisconsin on June 11, 1932, to Charles Adelbert Kirkwood and Harriet (Redeker) Kirkwood. He graduated from Barron High School in 1950. John M. Hanson died at 3:19 a.m., Oct. 21 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, less than 24 hours after deciding it was time to “go home to Jesus.” His wife Kathy and son Rob were by his side and holding his hand, and his son Ollie had been with him just hours earlier. John had been diagnosed with esophageal cancer in August and underwent grueling treatment for it, realizing that he could gain the upper hand only if he made the final call, which he did with his usual resolve and courage.

Gary W. Stanford, 85, of Chetek, formerly of Chippewa Falls, passed away unexpectedly Friday, October 19, 2018, at home. Gary was born September 23, 1933 in Eau Claire to Ethel Stanford-Fouke. He spent part of his childhood in Chicago before moving back to Eau Claire. Gary enlisted in the military and served his country in the United States Navy on the U.S.S Hancock from 1952-1956. On Saturday October 20th, 2018 Lawrence Joseph Beaulieu of Elk Mound passed away after a long battle with cancer. Larry was born on September 20th, 1953 to his parents Joseph and Joan (Anderson) Beaulieu. He graduated from Elk Mound High School in 1971. Larry had a great love for sports especially softball. Irma Orra (Hoff) Pederson, age 99, of Osseo, died Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Dove Healthcare in Bloomer. Irma was born on April 1, 1919, to Theodore and Ellen (Johnson) Hoff, in the city of Osseo. She grew up and lived her entire life in the Osseo area. Irma graduated from Osseo Lincoln Hill School in 1937. On September 22, 1945, she married Waldemar Pederson.
