Clarence E. Hakes, 90, of the town of Lafayette, Chippewa Falls died peacefully at home on January 19, 2018. He was born January 8, 1928 to Robert and Louisa (Adrian) Hakes. In 1946 he was drafted into the US Army and served in the Philippines. Clarence retired from the Northern Center after 34 years of employment.
