Richard Allen Stowell, 71, of Bloomer, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire with his family at his side. Richard was born April 27, 1946 and raised in the Cameron area. He was known by many people and by many names: Little Dickie, Mr. Stowell, Dickie-Doo, and Old Timer. Gaylord Orben Stuve, age 97 of Whitehall, died on Thursday, February 15, 2018 in the Gundersen Tri-County Hospital in Whitehall. Gaylord was born on January 4, 1921 in the town of Lincoln, Trempealeau County, WI to George and Mabel (Johnson) Stuve. He was the second of three children.
