Donald E. Flategraff, age 77 of Elk Mound, Wisconsin passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at his home. He was born August 8, 1940 in Pine River, Minnesota to Oscar Flategraff and Edith L. McAninch (Flategraff, Olson). Donald grew up in Pequot Lakes and Minneapolis, Minnesota, graduating from South High School, followed by service in the U.S. Navy.
