Connie Jane Klimek, 62, of Chippewa Falls, died on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN after a long battle with leukemia. She was born November 4, 1955 in Chippewa Falls, the only child of Bette (Beranek) and Vern Ness. She graduated from Chippewa Falls High School in 1973. Thelma Gertrude was born on March 10, 1926, in Hindsboro, IL, to Lester and Gertrude (Wallace) Hall. She married the “Love of her Life” Arthur “Bud” Ries on Jan. 22, 1944, in West Chicago, Il.
