A local advocacy group is planning to kick off Super Bowl Sunday with a rally in Altoona to raise awareness about human trafficking. The outdoor rally, organized by Fierce Freedom, is scheduled at 12:45 p.m. Sunday at the group’s office, 2519 N. Hillcrest Parkway.
