An Eau Claire man is accused of exposing himself for 30 minutes to a woman eating lunch outside of a town of Brunswick tavern. Thomas A. Brantner, 70, S5793 Highway 37, was charged Thursday in Eau Claire County Court with misdemeanor counts of lewd and lascivious behavior and disorderly conduct. A Ladysmith woman will be sentenced June 25 for making pornographic videos at various Eau Claire businesses under the name Whitney Wisconsin and selling the videos to adult websites. Following a two-day jury trial this week, Amy L. An Eau Claire man is accused of an unprovoked physical assault of another man sitting at Phoenix Park. Christopher J. Dubois told police he kicked the man in the face because he could do whatever he wanted, indicating he was “above the law.” Dubois, 30, was charged Thursday in Eau Claire County Court with felony counts of aggravated battery and threat to a family member of a law enforcement officer, and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and bail jumping. A Stanley man is accused of biting off a portion of another man’s ear during a fight outside a town of Wilson tavern. Doctors told authorities the victim had two continuous stitches placed in his ear and would need to be seen by a plastic surgeon to determine if additional treatment is necessary. Shaun A. Ciokiewicz, 31, was charged Wednesday in Eau Claire County Court with felony counts of mayhem, substantial battery and bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
