Registration has opened for the 2022 Agricultural Outlook Forum, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s largest annual meeting.
The two-day forum will be virtual this year, streaming on Feb. 24-25, 2022. It will feature a keynote address from Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and a presentation on the anticipated state of the ag economy by USDA Chief Economist Seth Meyer. Thirty breakout sessions will cover a range of issues, and more than 100 speakers from the agriculture industry, academic leaders, and government officials will participate.
The forum dates to 1923 with the goal of helping farmers understand agricultural outlooks and avoid overproduction. It has evolved since then, with it developing into an opportunity for thousands of participants to discuss emerging trends.
Registration is free and can be done online at the USDA Agricultural Outlook Forum website.
