HUDSON — The Phipps Children's Theater cast will perform "Bah, Humbug! Scrooge's Christmas Carol" at 7 p.m. Fridays, 1 and 4 p.m. Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays, Friday through Dec. 16, at Phipps Center for the Arts, 109 Locust St.

Ebenezer Scrooge's classic holiday tale takes a musical twist with this production, in which Scrooge sings, "Bah, humbug," dooming himself to visits from three Christmas spirits. 

With songs such as "One Last Christmas," "God Bless Us, Everyone," "He's Dead and Buried" and "Life Was Meant to Live," this show takes a more upbeat twist that audiences young and old will enjoy. 

The cast features 26 actors from the St. Croix Valley and is directed by John Kunick.
