Two undefeated teams and conference champs chash at Chi-Hi. The Ramblers rode a big second half in Level 3 to best Spring Valley 29-8, while Abbotsford took care of business against sixth-seeded Coleman, 44-24. The Falcons won the Cloverwood by two games this season.
D6: No. 1 Mondovi (12-0) vs. No. 2 Saint Mary's Springs (10-2), 7 p.m. Friday at Medford
The Buffaloes advanced to Level 4 thanks to a late pick six in a 29-22 victory against Mineral Point. Saint Mary's Springs had an easier time in its last matchup, upsetting top-seeded Racine Lutheran 20-0. Mondovi has nine shutouts this season, while Saint Mary's Springs has recorded two shutouts in the playoffs and has only allowed seven points during the three-game span.
D2: No. 4 Superior (10-2) vs. No. 4 Brookfield East (10-2), 7 p.m. Friday at Merrill
The Spartans pulled off a second-straight upset last week, narrowly beating No. 3 Kaukauna 22-20. This time Superior faces a fellow No. 4 seed in Brookfield East, which is coming off a 34-6 win against Menomonee Falls.
