BLACK RIVER FALLS — A search of  a city residence resulted in the discovery of numerous drugs, packaging materials and $6,500 as well as the arrest of four individuals on related charges, according to a news release from the Black River Falls Police Department. 

According to the news release: 

Officers executed a search warrant on Thursday at 245 N. Water St. after intelligence gathered by the Police Department indicated residents at that address were trafficking narcotics. 

Upon searching the residence, officers located methamphetamine, marijuana, numerous prescription medications as well as scales, packaging materials, a conducted electrical weapon and about $6,500. 

Christopher A. Koplin, 20, of Black River Falls was arrested for possession of an electric weapon, maintain a drug traffic house, manufacture/​deliver schedule V controlled substance, manufacture/​deliver schedule II controlled substance narcotic, manufacture/​deliver THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of THC, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a schedule II narcotic, possession with intent to deliver prescription and possession/​illegally obtain prescription.

Dylan J. Koplin, 18, of Black River Falls was arrested for possession of THC, maintain a drug traffic house, possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacture/​deliver THC party to the crime and possession of burglarious tools.

Carrie M. Couillard, 40, of Black River Falls was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia.

Patricia A. Couillard, 62, of Black River Falls was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of THC, maintain a drug traffic house and child neglect — failure to protect children from the distribution of controlled substances. 

Wisconsin State Patrol, the state Department of Natural Resources, Ho-Chunk Nation and Jackson County sheriff’s office assisted with the search warrant.
