EAU CLAIRE — Home sales in western Wisconsin were 38% lower last month than they were in April 2022, according to housing market statistics released today.

The 12-county region’s sales decline is in line with a 32.5% sales drop seen statewide during the spring month that precedes the busiest time of year for buying homes.
