An Altoona man will spend one year in prison for violating conditions of his probation stemming from several criminal convictions.
Eau Claire County Judge Sarah Harless ordered Jordan J. Smasal, 24, 820 Pamona Drive, to spend three years on extended supervision following his release from prison.
Smasal was fined $2,836 and ordered to pay $1,760 in restitution. As a condition of supervision, Smasal must maintain absolute sobriety.
Smasal was originally sentenced in April 2017 to three years of probation for cocaine delivery, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, bail jumping, fraud against a financial institution and marijuana delivery.
According to court records, Smasal violated terms of his probation by making his whereabouts and activities unknown, consuming cocaine and marijuana, and possessing several firearms.
