The Duluth, Minn.-based Americana, roots band Trampled By Turtles will join "newgrass" artist Sam Bush, the Del McCoury Band and Railroad Earth as headliners for the 2019 Blue Ox Music Festival.

The June 13-15 festival announced its lineup Tuesday, and it mixes new faces with familiar acts.

Other bands scheduled to perform include the Infamous Stringdusters, a returning band that won the 2018 Grammy Award for bluegrass album of the year; International Bluegrass Music Association's instrumentalist of the year Billy Strings; country blues artist Charlie Parr; and newcomers the Earls of Leicester featuring Jerry Douglas.

The popular-with-the-crowd Minneapolis-based band Pert Near Sandstone will once again return, with plans to play two nights, according to a statement.

The festival will return to Whispering Pines Campground on Crescent Avenue in the town of Union, just west of Eau Claire.

A daily lineup has yet to be released, but a full list of artists and information on general admission and camping ticket prices can be found at blueoxmusicfestival.com.
