An Eau Claire man will pay an $886 fine for exposing himself at a fast-food restaurant.

Brent M. Stevens, 62, 716 Lee St., pleaded no contest recently in Eau Claire County Court to two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. Two misdemeanor counts of lewd and lascivious behavior were dismissed.

According to the criminal complaint:

Eau Claire County sheriff’s deputies were called to Burger King, 6124 Texaco Drive, in the town of Union at 1:30 a.m. May 9 on a report of a man exposing his genitals.

Two employees said they were outside smoking a cigarette when a man sitting in a vehicle — later identified as Stevens — asked a question from inside his vehicle.

When one of the employees went to the vehicle to answer the question, she could see that Stevens was exposing himself.

Another employee said Stevens had also exposed himself at the counter when he came inside to order food.
