EC man gets prison for probation violations
An Eau Claire man will spend one year in prison for violating conditions of his probation stemming from a 2017 felony conviction.
Eau Claire County Judge John Manydeeds ordered Andrew J. Mansur, 35, 1104 Birch St., to spend 18 months on extended supervision following his release from prison.
As conditions of supervision, Mansur cannot drink alcohol or enter taverns.
Mansur was originally sentenced in December 2017 to four years of probation and one year in jail for one count of threat to a law enforcement officer.
According to court records, Mansur violated terms of his probation by being intoxicated, threatening law enforcement and possessing a knife.
