An Eau Claire man will spend three years in prison for violating conditions of his probation stemming from four felony drug convictions.
Eau Claire County Judge Jon Theisen ordered Nels C. Bodway, 38, 106 Ferry St., to spend five years on extended supervision following his release from prison.
Bodway was also fined $1,195.
Bodway was originally sentenced in February 2018 to five years of probation for two counts of possession of methamphetamine and one count each of amphetamine delivery and possession of amphetamine with intent to deliver.
According to court records, Bodway violated terms of his probation by possessing illegal drugs, selling methamphetamine and having items in his residence that are indicative of maintaining a drug trafficking place.
